Jiv Gosai
Consultant Cardiologist, Bradford Royal Infirmary; Training Programme Director, Cardiology (West Yorkshire); Member, National Cardiology Specialty Advisory Committee
Extensive experience in medical education research, curriculum design and simulation; MD on simulation-based learning in medical training; Master’s in Education; Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Interests include curriculum design, qualitative and quantitative research in medical education, and human factors.
Dr Davinder Singh
Consultant Paediatric Intensivist
Completed intensive care training and a fellowship in the Cardiac Intensive Care unit at Great Ormond Street Hospital; appointed Consultant Paediatric Intensivist in 2019. Special interest in education and learning.
Dr Eirini Kasfiki
Consultant in Acute and General Medicine, Hull Royal Infirmary; Deputy Director of Simulation, Hull Institute of Learning and Simulation (HILS)
Awarded the Chiron Medal from the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (RCPE) for her contribution to medical education through simulation.
Dr Kathleen Merrick
Consultant Obstetrician, York Teaching Hospital
Consultant since 2019 after completing specialty training in the region. Former Leadership Fellow in Simulation at the Hull Institute of Learning and Simulation, with a focus on how human factors influence multidisciplinary team working in maternity and how positive culture benefits teams.
